Best Cybernetics was founded in 2009 as a privately owned software, consulting and training company. The Company develops programmes for the use and application of Information Technology and Communication (ICT) in the Education, Training and Business sectors. It specializes in the design and development of web, mobile and multimedia applications providing full-cycle services (design, implementation, maintenance). The company has expertise in design and development of integrated systems including frontend and backend environments that run across a wide range of devices (from desktop computer monitors to mobile devices), designed to support content management system (CMS), database management system, interconnection with cloud technologies, groups of users, etc. It has also strong expertise in designing educational software by customizing e-platforms, organizing e-courses, designing and developing online training contents, producing multimedia contents and promoting virtual communities of practice.

The Centre for Sustainable Development „HORIZONS” (Centrum Zrównoważonego Rozwoju “HORYZONTY”) is a Polish non-governmental organization, registered in the National Court Register and operating since 2012. The mission of HORIZONS is to work for the ideas of sustainable development, which expresses itself in various and diverse forms of activities. The Centre initiates, implements and supports educational and research projects that are aiming towards improving the condition of the natural environment and development of civic society. Organization members participate in local, national and international initiatives that aim to improve the quality of life of people while maintaining the natural environment and rational usage of natural resources. Organization's goals include: acting for and advocating of entrepreneurship, corporate social responsibility, informal education, various forms of lifelong learning, sport, culture, and arts, as well as health protection, acting for the public good in the field of environment protection and acting for development of democracy and civic society.

STP Consulting is Professional Training Solutions (STP Consulting) as Training centre is located in Zaragoza (Spain) and it offers training courses and technical support to private companies, public administration in rural areas, schools, NGOs and Incubators of Entrepreneurs into innovation in the areas of education sector, and professional solutions of non-profit sector. Contribute with our services to be qualified to work in a variety of professions with the accessibility of innovation and information for people and communities with a social risk as well as disadvantages. Our main activity is to improve educational, social and cultural standards by intensive co-operation with other EU regions. Therefore, STP is highly active in the development and implementation of educational/vocational trainings as well as in the implementation and promotion of EU projects dealing with education, culture, and society.

With more than 200 registered researchers, 50 technicians, and 2500 students, UM FERI is one of the leading educational and research institutions in the field of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science in South-eastern Europe.

UM FERI provides students with knowledge based on internationally recognized scientific research work, thus enabling them to be successfully integrated within future working environments in Slovenia and/or abroad.

Research assumes as a vital activity of UM FERI to strengthen the positions of internationally recognized university education and research institutions. Research activities are carried out in 8 Institutes with 26 Laboratories. In these institutions, we operate in the fields of electrical engineering, computer science, information technology, communications, media, telecommunications, and mechatronics.

UM FERI is currently involved in over 30 EU (H2020, Interreg and other), NATO and US Navy funded projects, 20 national research projects, and 50 projects funded by our global industrial partners.

One of the FERI’s 8 institutes is the Institute of Informatics, where the R&D work is oriented towards the holistic development of information systems (IS) and services. The aspects of IS development address the development and definition of new, more effective techniques, architectural design, implementation, database management, verification and validation of IS. The strong emphasis is also on the human-computer interaction (HCI) domain. The work is oriented to quality and user experience (UX), such as quality improvement, internal and external quality, quality in use, quality factors and metrics, usability evaluation, etc.

Siedlce University

The University of Natural Sciences and Humanities in Siedlce is a public academic university supervised by the Minister of Science and Higher Education. The University, which in 2019 celebrated its 50th anniversary, was transformed from the Academy of Podlasie on 1st October 2010. It was created on the basis of the Higher School of Agriculture and Pedagogy. Siedlce University was the first educational institution in Poland to enroll disabled people as students in 1989. Since October 1, 2019, the University consists of 5 faculties: the Faculty of Humanities, the Faculty of Social Sciences, the Faculty of Exact and Natural Sciences, the Faculty of Agrobioengineering and Animal Sciences, and the Faculty of Medical Sciences and Health Sciences.
